Shipping
Once you have placed an order and payment has been completed, your item(s) will be shipped within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If your package does not arrive as expected, please check with your local post office, as it may be waiting for pickup. Sometimes, notifications are not delivered properly.
⚠️ Please ensure that the shipping address you provide matches the name on your mailbox. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you.

Delivery Terms
We ship all orders via DAO, GLS, or PostNord. If your package is delivered to a parcel shop, it is your responsibility to collect it. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and we will contact you regarding reshipment.
We are responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you.
Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Apple Pay, and MobilePay.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Payment is only withdrawn when the order is shipped, unless otherwise stated in your order details.
Payment Authorization & Reservations
When using a debit or credit card, the purchase amount will be reserved until we process and ship your order. The funds are deducted once the order is dispatched. Reservation times depend on your bank’s policies.
Debit Cards: The reserved amount may temporarily reduce your available balance. If the order is canceled, we cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation may still be active for a short period. Only your bank can release the reservation.
Credit Cards: The amount is withdrawn only when we process and complete your order.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)
You have a 14-day return policy on items purchased through our website unless otherwise stated.
Returns must include your name and order number. Items must be in original and undamaged packaging, with all seals and security stickers intact.
The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned package must reach us no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice.
Warranty & Complaints
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law. This applies to manufacturing defects or faulty materials.
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue (within 2 months is considered reasonable). We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid complaints.
Warranty claims do not apply if the issue is caused by improper use.
To file a complaint, please contact us before returning the item. We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery.
